Abstract

This topic falls within the context of clarifying the values of the true Islamic religion, in terms of understanding and practice.moderation represents a pivotal rule in the doctrinal field, in terms of representation and belief, and the legislative field, on the one hand, is a broad space for applying this principle in worship and transactions. I have addressed this topic, in terms of presentation and treatment, despite the many writings on it to unveil the procedural measures capable of transforming this moral value from the realm of imagination to the realm of actual practice, whether to embody the relationship between man and his lord in worship or the relationship between man and man at the level of social and economic relations and others. It is very natural that fatwas have a profound impact in activating these facts with the logic of rational religiosity.
