A proposed vision for implementing talent management in Libyan higher education institutions, drawing on the experience of the United States of America

The study aimed to arrive at a proposed vision for implementing talent management in Libyan higher education institutions, benefiting from the experience of the United States of America. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the identified objectives. The research reached a number of results, including that the United States' experience in talent management in higher education institutions proved to be one of the leading and distinguished international experiences. Therefore, it should be utilized to achieve a competitive advantage and distinguished academic reputation for Libyan higher education institutions. It should also benefit from the adoption by American higher education institutions of the latest advanced methods and strategies in attracting and attracting distinguished talents, developing and preserving them professionally. Furthermore, implementing the proposed vision for talent management in Libyan higher education institutions in the current study will lead in the future to achieving a competitive advantage for these institutions, and enable them to enter the forefront of global lists and classifications for quality and institutional excellence.
