Strengthening the content in the Holy Quran

A rhetorical study of examples of the verses of the Holy Quran

Abstract

One of the methods and eloquence of the Holy Quran is to strengthen and confirm the content by increasing the wording over the meaning, such as the Almighty's saying (Preserve the prayers and the middle prayer) Surat Al-Baqarah verse 236 : indeed The Almighty God precised the middle prayer by mentioning it for a rhetorical purpose, and that is to emphasize its issue.</p In this research, the researcher mentions examples from the verses of the Holy Quran that carry a deepening of the meaning which increases clarity and confirmation by various methods of verbiage, like the conjunctive of the particular to the general as a warning of its virtue, and the conjunctive of the general to the particular to the comprehensive understanding, and  the repetition of the meaning with two different words called the semantic repetition to strengthen its impact on the recipient.

And one of the forms of strengthening the content in the Holy Quran is the increase in the word or phrase, as the Almighty saying (They write the book with their own hands) Sural Al-Baqarah verse 76 to confirm that the writing occurred from the polytheists and not from others, and every form of strengthening in the content has examples in the Holy Quran transmitted in the folds of the research
