Abstract

The international scientific institutions have started to establish digital institutional repositories as a generation after digital libraries, and digital institutional repositories are the latest digital information institutions on the Internet. These repositories aim to make scientific production available to members of scientific institutions on the Internet without restrictions or restrictions while preserving the intellectual property rights of depositors. The establishment of an institutional digital repository for any university is one of the criteria for evaluating these universities in the international arrangements for the best universities, and even the existence of global arrangements for these repositories on the Internet.
Digital repositories contain the full text of many forms and types of digital entities such as master's and doctorate dissertations, educational lectures, conference proceedings, periodicals, digital photographs, digital video and digital audio, enterprise guides, thesis plans and student projects.
