" This  technical  intervention  Called  on  philosophers  to  introduce  the  term  Biotaga  to address  the defect  in  those  scientific  applications  and  Critiquing  it  ,  if  possible  ,  Constructive  Criticism  , " as the  philosophers  See  a  Compass   that   determines  the  directions  of  Science  towards  the  human  behavior  of  the  Correct  direction  of the  path  of  applied  Science  ,  and  that  the  powers  work  in this  direction  to Control  the  authority  of the human mind  to Consider  the  limits  of Scientific  Control  and  Control and  its  effects  on  human  existence .
