" Psychological burnout among primary school teachers in public and private schools in the city of Al-Bayda

Abstract

 The study currently aimed to identify the level of psychological burnout among childhood teachers in public schools in the city of Al-Bayda and to identify the problem with experience, academic qualifications and educational type. The study was prepared by (123) female teachers of the new stage in private and public schools in the city of Al-Bayda. The researcher used a scale from the settings of fire settings, psychological burnout, and the number of its items reached (19) items, and she reached the following results of the study: There are no statistically significant differences between the degrees of psychological burnout depending on the variable of experience among members of the research sample on the psychological burnout scale. There are no statistically significant differences between the degrees of psychological burnout depending on the variable type of education among members of the research sample on the psychological burnout scale. There are no statistically significant differences between the degrees of psychological burnout according to the variable of educational qualification (educational - non-educational) among sample members on the psychological burnout scale.
