Abstract

the medical profession is a humane and ethical profession before it is scientific, and doctors are considered angels of mercy who work to relieve the pain of patients, and the importance of the subject is highlighted due to the rapid scientific progress in the field of medicine that doubled the responsibilities of the doctor, as the work of medicine may entail legal and disciplinary responsibility in In the event that he commits a professional error by neglecting to diagnose the disease, or misprescribing the appropriate treatment, or missing the patient the opportunity for treatment, or making a mistake in surgeries, or making a mistake in anesthesia, and other mistakes due to negligence, recklessness, lack of attention, or lack of precaution. a criterion for assessing whether or not the doctor took the necessary care; Commitment to the duties of caution and caution is what a vigilant doctor provides with knowledge and knowledge in the same surrounding circumstances while performing his work, taking into account the traditions of the profession and established scientific principles.
