Abstract

The aim of the research is to look into mental health - the focus of people's attention, at their various levels and stages, as it is the basis of a normal life, and to look into its effects and how to know it - through behavior, which the research paid attention to, because it expresses the inner self. The research was conducted under the title: The Behavioral Court and its Effect on the Statement of Mental Health, to find out if there are differences that separate the judgment that behavior is an expression of mental health, or not. It proceeded from the literature, the historical background, and the experimental method of field work, with a single group, with a random sample of secondary school teachers in Zliten, with a count of (14) individuals, an experimental program was applied to them with (17) treatment sessions, with a time frame ranging between (60:45) minutes per session, and with information collection tools, consisting of (an evaluation card, direct observation, and a standardized interview), and with statistical processing, the first hypothesis was verified by denying the differences between the opinions of the sample on the card in behavioral judgment at a significant level (0.05), and it was rejected The second null hypothesis, and the alternative acceptance, because there are differences between the sample on the card, and the researcher's opinion also differed through direct observation with the same hypothesis, and the follow-up period after a time interval of (19) days proved the statistical rate of the sample in the first hypothesis is similar, and the third hypothesis was confirmed, and this means that the issued behavior is the judge of the health of the soul or not, and that what the researcher concluded during the observation is an indication that there is either a trick from the soul to show the opposite of what it hides as psychological defense tricks, or the presence of an ambiguous and hidden psychological aspect that behavior cannot express with integrity and honesty, as we indicated in the research, so one of the recommendations of the research is to consider establishing studies that examine this approach, perhaps they will reach this hidden aspect, for the Almighty says: ﱡﭐ ﱦ ﱧ ﱨ ﱩ ﱪ ﱫ ﱬ ﱠ )Al Imran: 154), and for the scarcity of previous studies as well
