Abstract

In the midst of this tremendous development and technology in the era of enlightenment and modernity, the consideration of the mind as a mere tool for action, the alienation of man from his society, and Kant's establishment of the morality of duty, which is a subjective morality limited to the individual, the need arose to establish a communicative morality, as we find it in the german philosopher "Hebermas", ethics regulate the relationship and treatment of individuals among themselves, and it is an ethics whose reference and foundation is the mind, Habermas also attempts to provide standards for ethical decisions that are based on human interaction through his vision of the ethics of discourse as the ethics of responsibility, which in Habermas" view is an alternative to traditional ethics. If the Speech act achieves communication and understanding, then the ethics of responsibility opens the horizon of participation for all, from here also came his vision in politics and his statement of participatory democracy
