Publishing Policies

Submission Policy
Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published or be under consideration elsewhere. If related work exists, a copy must be provided upon submission. Authors may not submit the manuscript to another publication while it is under review at TUJES.

TUJES uses advanced plagiarism detection software to ensure the originality and validity of submitted articles.

Peer Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review by 2 to 3 independent reviewers.

  • Author identities are concealed from reviewers, and reviewers’ identities are withheld from authors.

  • Final decisions are made by the Editors, possibly in consultation with the Editorial Board.

  • TUJES reserves the right to reject an article post-acceptance if significant issues arise or if policies are violated.

The editorial team strives to ensure a fair and efficient review process and timely publication. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Publication and Access

  • All accepted articles are published online in PDF format.

  • TUJES is a fully open-access journal: all articles are freely available without subscription or access charges.

  • Authors retain the copyright of their published work.

Corresponding Author Responsibilities

The corresponding author acts as the primary contact throughout the publication process. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing communication with co-authors.

  • Reviewing and approving final proofs.

  • Ensuring the accuracy of author names, affiliations, and contact details.
