Abstract

Among the training methods that take up space and are used is the method of

 rebound force training, which is concerned with training and developing the maximum rapid forces and explosive ability, and as a result of what this game needs and the results that are close to the convergence of the training thought that the volleyball player needs the art of jumping and the art of mastering the skill, especially the blocking wall and hitting The overwhelming problem of the research through the experience of the researchers and his knowledge of previous studies and his observation and follow-up to the matches of the Iraqi league in volleyball and most of the training units of the Kufa Volleyball Club. Its exercises are related to exerting internal strength and the corresponding external forces, which inevitably lead to development in physical and skillful performance, and given the main objective of these exercises that were developed to develop explosive ability and distinctive strength with the speed associated with skillful performance, as the volleyball player needs to jump in the two hitting skills The crushing and blocking wall, which are considered one of the most important volleyball skills, the most important goals are to identify the best groups (according to the type of floor) in developing the accuracy of the skills of crushing hitting and blocking wall in volleyball for youth. As for the research methodology, the researchers used the experimental approach with three groups, and the research sample was the players of the Kufa club with the ball The plane and the data were processed statistically and obtained the results from which the researcher concluded that the use of exercises for rebound force on the sandy floor was more effective than other floors in the offensive skills of volleyball for the players

The most important recommendations were to pay attention to the use of rebound force exercises according to the training principles to raise the physical and motor efficiency of volleyball players during matches and competitions.
